Metacognition is the study of your brain, learning strengths
and weaknesses, and the ability to use strengths to address weak areas.
It is strength-based learning that empowers you to control your thoughts
and actions in a way that builds self-esteem and high achievement levels
in a work, school, or social environment. It encompasses increasing
intelligence, setting goals, analyzing what stands behind you and specific
achievements, etc. It has been used successfully at Curry College
for over thirty years.
